What your days will feel like in St. Croix — balance, deep work, connection, and soul-led rest.
Day One- Arrival & Opening the Circle
Day 2- Embodying Leadership & Island Nourishment
Day 3- Leading with the Land and Going with Divine Flow
Our day begins again with Morning Movement and Breakfast to energize body and spirit. Late morning, we’ll set out on a Guided Hike through St. Croix’s landscapes to the tide pools— a moving meditation in connection with the earth, water and the elements. After a picnic-style lunch, we’ll return for our Embodied Leadership Workshop, exploring how to bring our vision and voice into alignment. We’ll close the evening with Dinner and a Ceremony under the Stars, integrating the wisdom that’s unfolding.
Day 4- Space for Integration & Island Adventure
Day 5 — Integration & Renewal
We continue to honor this rhythm of rest and renewal. After Morning Movement and Breakfast, enjoy another day of Freedom and Exploration — revisit your favorite local spot, connect deeply with another leader, or simply let yourself receive. Optional guided sessions or partner practices will be available for those who wish to deepen their leadership inquiry. Our evening will bring us together once more for Dinner and a Closing Celebration, honoring how far we’ve come — individually and collectively.

Meet Your Main Guide, Phoebe Leona
Hello! I believe that we always have a choice in how we experience our world there are always opportunities for growth from all of life’s gifts and lessons. I began this nOMadic journey in 2013 after a year full of obstacles after a 15 year marriage ending and the death of my father. Instead of seeing how life was happening to me, I chose to see how life was happening for me and took the invitation to live out a dream of mine to travel and teach while building a community of the new leaders of our world; being the healers, teachers, and lightworkers. I packed up my life and went out to launch nOMad by leading transformational retreats to guide people to shift their perspective, so that their whole can change from the inside out. I am grateful to have so much to share with you from all the gifts and all the amazing nOMad Guides that have now joined leading our nOMad journey.
I teach that through practice, patience, curiosity, courage, and compassion, you can open a world of greater possibilities and deepen the connection to one’s core being. With over 20 years of teaching experience in yoga, somatic movement, spirituality, and personal transformation, I am so honored for the opportunity to witness your experience as you discover your own radiant leadership and take flight!
