Casas Kismet is located in a quiet surf town known for its world class surf breaks, yoga, and chill vibe. Nestled on top of a quiet ridge in Playa Pelada, Casas Kismet provides a private and an exclusive space for retreat groups to experience transformation in an intimate setting, while remaining close enough to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
The Guanacaste Peninsula is home to one of the five blue zones in the world. People in blue zones are known for living longer, happier, healthier lives than the average person. When you stay at Casas Kismet, you will revitalize your mind, body, spirit, and soul so you can return home to live the Pura Vida life.

ACCOMMODATIONS
9 Rooms, 24 beds, 8 bathrooms.
With 10 King beds that can be separated into twin beds these rooms can accommodate a group comfortably between 10-28.
Rooms are spacious enough with options to offer private or shared bathrooms, shared living rooms and balconies in penthouse suites.
Each room/unit is equipped with a kitchen, high speed internet,
and air conditioning.
FACILITIES/DINING
With breath taking ocean views, enjoy your retreat sessions every day on the yoga shala and enjoy sunset for evening meditation. There is also an open air gym available for workouts.
Go for a swim in the private saltwater pool, relax with a good book, or chat with a new friend.
Dining is superb featuring local cuisine with fresh, locally
sourced, and mostly organic food. Gluten and dairy free options are available as well as vegetarian and pescatarian menus.
ACTIVITIES/EXCURSIONS
A short walk from Playa Pelada, it's easy to spend the day at the beach whether it is swimming, walking, horseback riding, surfing, or just a little shopping and relaxing in a cafe in town.
Other activities you want to make sure you and your group get to enjoy include zip lining, kayak tour, biological hike, and ATV tour.

WHY WE LOVE CASAS KISMET
We had the pleasure to retreat to Casas Kismet in November 2022 and we are excited to go back to this very special retreat space. The property is designed so you feel as if you are in your own bird nest, safe and a well contained space that includes a private pool, yoga deck, gym.
As a retreat leader for over ten years, we love the energy of Casas Kismet that feels relaxed and like home. The owners Terry and Lizzy, live on the property and they make sure everything is taken care. As a retreat leader and guest this is KEY!
Our nOMad guests loved all the little hidden spots to rest, read a book, or journal throughout the day. And the views of both sunset and sunrise are quite special!

WHAT TO CONSIDER
when booking your retreat at Casas Kismet:
- There is a minimum of 10 people for retreat groups required to book the entire property.
- $2500 initial deposit. 90 days prior to retreat second deposit $5000. 45 days prior to retreat start remainder of balance is due.
- Travel: Liberia - 2.5 hour car ride. San Jose 5+ hour car ride. Nosara Airport - 15 minute car ride.
- They have facilitators who can come and do Sound Bath and/or Cacao Ceremony.
