About Your Guide:
Nancy Raffa
Nancy Raffa is an Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner currently completing her Ayurvedic Doctorate certification at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, USA, under the mentorship if Dr Jayrajan Kottikanath, Dr Princy Prasad, and Dr Sheena Sooraj.
During the pandemic, Ms. Raffa opened her own business, Healing Heart Ayurveda, LLC., and is currently consulting clients in person and online. Those consultations include: 90 minute assessments that review a person’s complete health history including: diet and lifestyle, dosha analysis ( individual body constitution), education on the Ayurvedic Management principles of various different conditions by creating a case study with an individualized management plan that includes: diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies, body work suggestions, breath work, myoga, meditation techniques, cooking guidance, exercise, relaxation techniques, counseling and Pancha Karma protocols. Each educational session is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

- Any cancellation will result in a total loss of $500 USD deposit.
- Cancellations received in writing prior to May 18th, 2024 will result in a 50% loss of trip price.
- Cancellations received in writing between October 1st, 2024 and the first day of the trip (November 6th, 2024) will result in TOTAL loss of funds. **Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
