Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling in nOMad Guide Partnership program. When enrolling as a client of The nOMad Collective you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on The nOMad Collective website www.thenomadcollective.org.

SCOPE
1. Commencement: nOMad Always at OM LLC. shall commence services upon receipt of the
payment.
2. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by nOMad with a 14 day
notice to Client.
3. Service Details: nOMad always at OM LLC shall provide Client with the following services:

• Weekly mentorship and community sessions with industry experts, 
• (3) 1:1 consultation of retreat and marketing sessions
• Marketing package for you.
• provide logistical support for retreat (if included in package)
  

4. Relationship: This Agreement does not create an employment relationship between Client and nOMad always at OM LLC

INDEMNITY

1. Indemnity: Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nOMad always at OM LLC
from any claims, losses, damages, demands, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from the Agreement.
2. Disclaimer of Damages: nOMad always at OM LLC. is not liable for consequential, incidental,
punitive, or special damages.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
1. Disclaimer: nOMad always at OM LLC does not guarantee income.
2. Notices: Notices shall be in writing, and delivered by email or certified mail.
3. Legal Construction: If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in
effect.
4. Attorney Fees: The prevailing party in legal action is entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys’
fees.
5. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: No third party is intended to benefit from this Agreement.
6. Binding Effect: All terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties.
7. Voluntary: Client had the opportunity to seek legal advice, and this Agreement is construed as
collaboratively prepared.
8. Entire Agreement and Disclaimer of Reliance: This Agreement represents the entire
understanding between the Parties.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

1. All payments are due upon request to fully execute nOMad’s services to support the retreat leader’s retreat. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable after 14 days of payment. 
   
   
2. It is the retreat leader’s responsibility to promote and fill the retreat. nOMad will support promotional strategies but it is not nOMad’s responsibility to grow the retreat leader’s following.
   
   
3. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change based on the retreat leader’s needs for services.

Retreat Cancellation/ Refund Policy

1. The full amount is required to begin to work together with Phoebe Leona and receive nOMad’s services is non-refundable after 14 days.
2. If the retreat leader needs to cancel their retreat for any reason, any financial responsibility falls on the retreat leader to cover outstanding payments to nOMad and the retreat property.
