I would love to know, how do you expect to feel grounded and centered in your life if you don't take a moment to check in with how you are emotionally and energetically in your body?  

If you’re someone who feels overwhelmed about life and all its outer chaos that wreaks havoc on your body, mind, and spirit and you’re finally fed-up with feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed, and lost in the chaos, I’m here to tell you, with love, if you don’t understand how to relax and check into your body, your overall sense of well-being will suffer and you won’t be able to have the energy to do more of the things that bring you joy.

For the past 20 years, guiding people into movement and becoming more self aware through the exploration of their bodies has been my #1 calling in life and that has allowed me to bring more joy, embodiment, and power back into my students lives! And when my people learn they can do this too, through my simple practice, Mvt109™ that anyone can do, they are able to feel more relaxed in their body, move freely in it, and more embodied in their lives. And yes, you can learn this even if you don't have a yoga, movement, or exercise practice!

Here's the thing, with respect, you wouldn’t still be reading if what you were trying right now were already working. And you have to ask yourself, where will you be at the end of 2022 if you too could feel more relaxed and comfortable in your own skin?
