For most of my life, I didn’t know what it meant to truly feel safe—not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. Like so many of us, I had been taught to push through, to ignore my own needs, to prove my worth through exhaustion and sacrifice. The world told me I needed to be quiet, to be small, to be grateful for whatever I was given—even when it depleted me.

I played by those rules for years. I chased success. I stayed in toxic relationships. I pushed myself past burnout again and again, thinking that if I just did everything “right,” I would finally feel like enough.

And then, life cracked me open.

Through grief, loss, and deep transformation, I began to unravel everything I had been taught about what it means to be whole, to be worthy, to belong. I realized that healing isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we choose.

That’s when I started creating sanctuary—first for myself, and then for others.

It’s the moment you realize you don’t have to carry everything alone.
It’s the moment you remember that you are allowed to take up space.
It’s the moment you allow yourself to exhale, to soften, to simply be.


Why I Lead Retreats

I know firsthand how hard it can be to break free from the patterns that keep us small. To finally slow down long enough to ask: What do I actually need?

Healing isn’t just about processing pain. It’s about learning how to hold joy, how to reconnect to pleasure, and how to create space for what truly nourishes us. And sometimes, the only way to do that is to step completely outside of your daily routine—to go somewhere new, to be fully immersed in a space that allows you to let go and breathe.

That’s why I lead transformational retreats—because I know what it feels like to need one.

I’ve spent years studying, practicing, and integrating healing modalities that bring the nervous system back into balance, that rewire the body’s response to stress, that allow for true, deep release. Through sound healing, intuitive coaching, ritual work, and mindful dining, I help people step into a new way of being—one where they feel calm, clear, and deeply connected.
