I’m Toni Harris—and if we were sitting across the table right now, I’d be pouring you a cup of something herbal while we talked about what’s been feeling heavy and what’s been calling you home. I’m a ritualist, intuitive guide, and lover of all things sensory and sacred. But really? I’m someone who’s spent years unlearning the noise and relearning how to listen—to my body, my breath, the land, and the truth under the surface. That’s what I help others do, too.

I do this work because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected—from yourself, from your purpose, from joy. I’ve lived through burnout, grief, perfectionism, and the belief that I had to hold it all together to be worthy. And the turning point wasn’t some big revelation—it was in the slow, intentional practices of nourishment. It was learning that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about coming home to what’s always been there.

Lately, most of my work has been centered around helping people regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their inner clarity—whether that’s through Intuitive Rebirth sessions or in Circle with a cup of tea and a candle. These 1:1 sessions are somatic, spiritual, and deeply personalized. We move energy, soften old armor, and clear space for what’s true. That same intention flows into Retreat Through the Drinking Glass—a sensory, soul-fed experience I co-host with my chef husband. This fall, we’re taking it to Portugal for a week of mindful meals, cultural immersion, and deep recalibration.
