Between Sound, Sail, and Surrender in Alaska with Trees Holland

What happens when you say yes to something that terrifies you?
Teresa Holland said yes to a sailboat. She said yes to the open ocean — even though she was afraid of the water. She said yes to Hawaii in a storm, to a broken engine in a remote Alaskan harbor, and to a little cabin she saw for twenty minutes before she bought it. And somewhere in all of that surrendering, she found herself: a sound healer, a retreat leader, and the keeper of a sacred piece of land in Hoonah, Alaska — a place accessible only by seaplane or ferry, where the humpback whales migrate and the trees hold memories.
In this episode, Teresa sits with nOMad founder, Phoebe Leona in the space in between — the liminal place between who we've been and who we're becoming.
They talk about how Teresa found her way to sound healing before she'd ever actually received one, the intuitive language that was unlocked inside her during our recent Mastermind Retreat in St. Croix, and what it really means to listen — not with your ears, but with your whole energetic field.
They also explore the beauty of Hoonah Matata Lodge, what it means to offer people an authentic Alaskan experience versus a tourist one, and the upcoming retreat Teresa is co-facilitating in September.
