DAY THRE of our annual 40 Days of Gratitude (and beyond) is all about taking leaps of faith.

When was the last time you took a leap of faith and ended up being grateful that it paid off?

Over the summer, I took a HUGE leap of faith and I am so grateful that I did!

For the last 3 years, I resided in West Virginia to be near family during the pandemic. It was a choice I was grateful for but in some ways I felt stagnant and knew I needed to make a change. I didn't know what or how but a voice kept telling me, "give your notice" every time I wrote my rent check each month. With no real plan, I finally gave my notice, packed up my things, put them into storage, and leapt into the wild unknown last August.

Since then, I have been nOMadic and I am still enjoying the leap with lots of unexpected gifts. Without any effort, friends have offered me their places to house sit or pet sit for chunks of time in a town that still feels like home, Beacon, NY. One day, when I was literally packing up my car to leave Beacon, a friend walked over to me to say hello and then offered me her place to stay for a month while she traveled to Japan.

What I have learned (again) is when you take a leap of faith, the universe really conspires for you.

I am grateful for the many homes that I get to take care of but even more grateful for the beautiful surprises of love and generosity from friends, family, and a new love that has quite unexpectedly found me recently in the middle of my leap of faith. You will have to stay tuned to find out (just like I am!) where I will land next on this wild and wonderful adventure!

In the meantime, I am curious to know what leaps of faith did you take in your life that you are grateful for?

And what leaps of faith are waiting for you to take now?

If you need a little nudge to take a leap of faith, consider attending a retreat as your first step to take flight.

Every time I have chosen to travel or attend a retreat, it felt like such a gift to receive practices, rituals, new tools, and communities with like-minded souls to support my transformation. I have never come back the same and many doors opened for me upon my return home that I could have never expected if I had stayed put.

On a retreat, there are so many opportunities to have space to see your life from a new perspective, get a bird's eye view to change thought patterns, and create new neural pathways for the change and new opportunities to be seen and flow in.

Join me this winter and spring as I lead co-lead groups of people (like you!!) to take their leaps of faith to Reignite Sparks, and Unfurl Wings in Mexico, and Fall in Love in Bali.

If you have been thinking it is time for a change, let me be one of your guides. It would be an honor. Reserve your spot on one of these transformative retreats before the end of the month (nOMad specials end in 5 days!!)
