Hello! I am a wearer or many hats! I am a wife, dog and cat mom, small business owner, massage therapist, retreat facilitator, e-book publisher, sound healer, among many other roles. I started my massage therapy practice in 2014 outside of Chicago and grew that for 8 years before deciding to move to North Carolina. I opened a new practice here and have branched out to offering retreats and sound baths. I love this world I'm in and its hard to call it actual work.

Outside of work, I love the outdoors - hiking, kayaking, exercising, and most of all enjoying live music. There's nothing better than being with people you love, enjoying music together in an environment where everyone else is there to do the same thing! It feeds my soul. I love cooking, reading, and just hanging out with my family.
