Lesson: Finding the Right Venue for Your Retreat

Choosing a venue is one of the most important decisions you'll make—it sets the tone for your entire retreat experience. In this lesson, we’ll explore how to find a space that aligns with your vision, values, and vibe.

We’re not just looking for a pretty location—we’re looking for an energetic match that supports your intention and the transformation you’re creating.

Each property is always a bit different because they have their own protocol and pricing but here are some general points to be aware of:

• Deposit. When you book, the property will want a deposit to hold the dates and usually is non-refundable. This can range from $500-2k. If it is more, you can reach out to Phoebe for advice.
• Minimum of Guests. You will want to make sure you are in agreement of the minimum and maximum amount of people (especially minimum!!!) so that you can budget/price properly and feel good about meeting your goals.
• What is included and not included. Make sure it is written in what the pricing per person includes, if your room/board is included (and after what number), and pricing for the other activities.
• Payment Dates. Make note of when payments are due so you can prepare and plan your specials BEFORE them.
