ACTION STEPS: Milestone 7
Milestone 7: Post-Retreat Integration & Reflection
Lesson Description
Congratulations—you’ve just held your retreat! Now comes the sacred space of integration: reflecting on what unfolded, supporting your guests back into their daily lives, and honoring your own journey as a container-holder. This milestone is about slowing down, celebrating breakthroughs, and making meaningful next steps with intention and ease.
You’ll send heartfelt follow-up, gather reflections while emotions are fresh, and give yourself rest and reflection before stepping forward. This isn’t just about wrapping up—it’s about nurturing transformation, both for your guests and for yourself.
Weekly Rhythm + Action Steps
Here’s your final phase checklist to complete within the week after your retreat. Set aside 1–2 hours daily to wrap everything up with presence and care:
Day 1: Gratitude & Integration
✅ Send a heartfelt thank-you + integration email to each guest (within 72 hours).
✅ Offer a follow-up option: such as a call, private community group, or next retreat/membership invitation. (BONUS TIP! set this BEFORE you leave the retreat)
Day 2: Gather Reflections
✅ Collect testimonials and feedback while the experience is still fresh. (BONUS TIP! Capture them at the end of the retreat on camera!!!)
✅ Send out a survey and ask questions like “What shifted for you?” and “What part of the retreat continues to resonate?”
Day 3: Self-Reflection
✅ Reflect on: What worked well? What would you do differently next time?
✅ Journal your insights to inform your next retreat design.
Day 4: Debrief & Restore
✅ Plan a personal or team debrief session.
✅ Include rest, self-care, or integration rituals for yourself—so you can land fully before moving forward.
Day 5: Share Accountability
✅ Post in the nOMad Community: your Integration Lessons Learned, Gifts Received, and Your New Vision.
✅ Lean into community support as you close this cycle and prepare for what’s next.
