Milestone 2: Pricing for Abundance

Lesson Description:
In this milestone, we ground your vision into a sustainable, soul-aligned business model. Pricing your retreat isn’t just about covering costs—it’s about honoring your energy, time, and expertise. You’ll learn how to calculate your numbers with clarity, set confident goals, and build in the spaciousness to thrive.

You’ll use the nOMad Pricing Spreadsheet to map your expenses, define your income goals, and determine what needs to happen to break even and earn abundantly.

**PLEASE NOTE! There is now a second example on the spreadsheet for those who want to rent out Airbnb or whole property on the right hand side of spreadsheet**


📅 Example: Week 2 Breakdown

Goal: Create a retreat budget and pricing structure that feels aligned and financially supportive.


Monday–Tuesday: Map Your Expenses

  • Open your nOMad Pricing Spreadsheet: VIEW TEMPLATE HERE (Make a copy)

  • Fill in all retreat costs: venue, food, transportation, support team, materials, gifts, etc

  • Don’t forget to add a buffer for unexpected expenses

  • Set your minimum of guests to cover expenses

Wednesday: Set Your Income Goals

  • Get honest about how much you want to earn from this retreat

  • Decide on if you are bringing a co-leader, guest facilitator, and/or assistant and get their fee/agreement in place

  • Add this into your pricing sheet so you can calculate real profit

Thursday: Choose Your Pricing Model

  • Review and set your early bird rate, regular rate, and total number of participants needed to:
    ✔ Break even
    ✔ Hit your ideal profit goal

Friday: Share with the Community

  • Post your:
    ✅ Minimum number of participants
    ✅ Your retreat fee
    ✅ Early bird + regular pricing
    ✅ Profit goal
