Milestone 3: Registration & Onboarding Systems

Lesson Description:
This week is all about creating a seamless and soulful onboarding experience—for you and your guests. You’ll choose your registration platform, set up your sales page and payment system, and begin crafting the welcome journey for your retreat participants.

Remember: your retreat begins the moment someone says "yes." This milestone ensures that moment feels clear, intentional, and easeful.


📅 Week 3 Breakdown: Daily Action Steps

✨ MONDAY – Choose Your Systems

  • Decide on your registration + payment platform:
    👉 Options: Simplero, Squarespace, Google Forms, or Heallist (especially if you don’t have a POS system)

  • If you don’t have a CRM for emails or onboarding, you can start with Mailchimp

✅ Add your choice to your nOMad Tracker


📝 TUESDAY – Build Your Sales Page

  • Begin creating your sales page with retreat details, pricing, cancellation policy, and a registration link

  • Make sure you’re clearly stating:

    • Dates + location

    • What’s included

    • Cancellation + refund terms

    • Payment plan options (if applicable)

📬 WEDNESDAY – Draft Your On-boarding Flow

  • Gather everything guests will need in your Welcome Packet, including:
    ✅ Flight info + arrival details
    ✅ Dietary restrictions form
    ✅ Liability waiver
    ✅ Technology & communication policy
    ✅ Clear cancellation policy (see template below)

  • Begin drafting automated emails for new registrants with FAQs, travel prep, and next steps


📆 THURSDAY – Set Up Back-End Systems

  • Create calendar reminders for payment plans or guest check-ins

  • Organize your registration tracker (inside the nOMad Tracker) to track deposits, balances, and guest notes

  • If you need insurance:

    • nOMad uses Hiscox for business insurance

    • If you're working through nOMad, you're covered by TravelPro agency insurance

    • You’ll still need facilitator liability insurance
