  • Photo: The destination, people who embody the feeling you want them to have. and easy to have text over it.
  • Name of Retreat: Speak to the dream or transformation and/or who you are calling in
    Example: “Roots and Wings nOMad's Embodied Leader Retreat”

  • Location: Town, State, Country, Region whatever is relevant)

  • Dates


🔹1.  Opening Section: Inspire & Invite

  • Headline: Speak to the dream or transformation
    Example: “Your Retreat is Ready to Be Birthed — Let’s Bring It to Life, Together.”

  • Subheadline or short paragraph: Acknowledge where your audience is now and what’s calling them forward
    Example: “You’ve been holding the vision. Now it’s time to embody it, launch it, and lead it.”

  • Call to Action Button: Anchor phrase (e.g., I am Ready! Apply Now, Reserve Your Spot, Let’s Go!)

  • Name the retreat & the transformation
    Example: “The nOMad Mastermind Retreat” is for guides, teachers, and visionaries ready to step into their voice and launch their next retreat.

  • Bullet list or short paragraph to call in your people (ideal clients)

  • What to Expect: Use warm, descriptive language

    • Example: “3 powerful days in the Hudson Valley to vision, plan, and refine your retreat with strategy, soul, and support.”

  • Use bold statements for sections like:

    • “You’ll leave with…”

    • “We’ll spend our time…”

    • “You’ll receive…”

  • Where + When

    • Add images of the venue and any highlights to entice them

    • Include travel tips, nearest airports, or shuttle info

  • Link or CTA for more venue info or map

Use a clean checklist format:

  • Chef-prepared meals

  • Daily mastermind sessions + strategy support

  • Optional movement & meditation

  • List the full price OR application-based approach
